I have long had a fascination with Marie Antoinette. I grew especially fond of her after watching the documentary Marie Antoinette: The Last Queen of France.
Because she is known for her lavish hair styles and her love of clothes and jewelry I decided to use an extra canvas just for her hair that can also be used to hold jewelry. I also used quite a few cupcake liners in her hair for that famous quote, "Let them eat cake." Which she may or may not have said.
